COMMUNICATION:
We may send a notification Email/Call prior to a week of our service ends. Also, we will send an acknowledgement Email after your order is processed and after your issue is fixed. While performing fix in your device, if it is mandatory we may call you (upon getting your prior permission to call). We may call our customers for a general cleanup once in a month.
CHOICE TO OPT OUT:
If you do not want to receive email from us in the future and also customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. REFUND POLICY:
Full refund will be provided if the primary issue is not resolved. If issue is partially resolved or not resolved to the user’s expectation then partial refund will be provided as Total order value of – $49.99.
Refund Policy for Yearly Plans: If a user decides to cancel the service in-between the service period then a partial refund will be provided as given below unless the user does not violate our FAIR USAGE POLICY. For more information about our FAIR USAGE POLICY please refer “FAIR USAGE POLICY OR POLICY OF TERMINATION OF SERVICE” topic below
Service Charge per day = Total Amount / Total Period from the purchase date( in days).
Refund Amount = Total Amount – (Service Charge per day * Total served days).
Note: One Year = 365 days, Even the leap year will also be as 365 days year.
POLICY CHANGE NOTIFICATION:
If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post those changes to our website so our users could get the update of our policy. We will use data in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
